This page explains what Hyperion Technologies Limited does with the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
The contact form on this site collects your name, your company, your email address, and the description of your area of expertise that you write in the message field. There is no account and no login. Separately, we collect anonymous usage statistics — see Analytics and cookies below.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Hyperion Technologies Limited.
How it is handled
Submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. The message then sits in our email inbox, hosted by our email provider. This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the request in order to serve the page and deliver the form submission.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how this page is found and used — which pages people open, roughly where they are in the world, and which site sent them. It stores data on your device to do that. We run no advertising tags, and we do not use analytics data to build a profile of you or to target you.
If you are visiting from the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, we ask before any of that loads, and nothing is stored until you accept. Decline and no analytics runs at all — the site behaves exactly the same. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and clearing your browsing data resets it. Elsewhere, including New Zealand, analytics loads without a prompt.
The contact form itself sets nothing and runs no trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation they belong to is useful, and no longer than two years after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@hyperion-mining.com and we will respond within two working days.
